We offer free browser-based image tools and optional AI features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the images you process. You represent that you have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates anyone's rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) abuse or attempt to disrupt the service, (b) use it to generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, (c) attempt to reverse engineer or scrape at scale, or (d) resell the service without permission.
5. AI output
AI-generated results are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication. We do not claim ownership of AI results generated for you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
